Terms and Conditions

Write-it takes pride in delivering an efficient service.

  • We provide a cost and time estimate for all copy writing requests.
  • Work will be commenced when all necessary information has been received from our customer in a meeting, phone call or email.
  • Customers will be provided with the opportunity to read, review and request amends to all written content.
  • With approval of final version receive, the task is deemed complete.

Original Content

  • We produce original content. Where we mention reports, surveys, documents or quotes, the source will be referenced.
  • On receipt of full and final payment, the customer retains all rights to the written copy.

Payment for Copywriting Services

  • All work is charged on an hourly basis.
  • Adhoc customers will be invoiced on completion of the request.
  • Regular customers will be invoiced on the last working day of each month.
  • Prompt payment is appreciated and full payment is due within 10 working days of the invoice date.
  • Overdue payments will be chased and no additional work will be carried out until the payment has been received in full.
